The Outlaw Country movement started in 1972 at the Dripping Springs Festival. The movement would dominate the country music industry through the 1970s with Waylon Jennings as one of it’s figureheads. When his album “Ladies Love Outlaws” was released in September 1972, it marked a change in Jennings' appearance. He let his hair grow out and he was no longer clean shaven. Wear it yourself or get one for the special Outlaw in your life.
